Brut – Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs
This cuvée is emblematic of our terroir’s Blanc de Blancs. The constancy of the blend is obtained by a few reserve wines and a long ageing in our cellars. With a very fruity nose, the mouth is strong, creamy and elegant.
This cuvée is made of one single plot which was planted in Oger in 1960. The juices are always mature, separatly pressed and fermented under oak barrels. This interessant process reveals an exceptional aromatic bouquet. An elegant Champagne we advise you to discover during a meal.
The wines from Avize are well-balanced between freshness, fruitiness and their floral notes. They can already be enjoyed after 3 or 4 years of cellaring. We have selected the best plots in Avize and let the wines rest under cork for 6 years so they might give their full expression.

This cuvée has been ageing for more than 6 years in our cellars and does not need any dosage. The Chardonnay is full and reflects perfectly the freshness, the minerality and all the characteristics of our chalky soil.
